A test target posted for a friend
CYA friends:
I built a RFBR rifle several years ago...
The first time I tested it, I took a movie.
It was late in the evening, so I carried a chair out to the target and set the camera on it.
I set the camera on 10 second delay and hit the shutter button, then headed back to the bench as fast as I could.
I now had 5 minutes to test.......5 minutes is all that I could get to up-load to Photobucket.

I had only bore sighted this new rifle.......never fired a round through it except for two or three in my bucket.
So I aimed at the lower hand stamped bull below the target.
The first round hit to the left.....the larger black hole.
I knew I had something here, because I fired at least two more rounds, return to battery, and they hit the first hole..
I moved the scope right, but not enough, and shot the single hole to the right of the first group...
I moved the scope again, this time hitting the bull I was aiming at, then shot several more rounds ? return to battery in the same bull.
I then moved to the 15 bull IR-50 target, starting right to left and fired the test target...

I knew my 5 minutes were about up, so I stopped shooting and went as quickly as I could to shut the camera off.

The movie would not up-load.......
What I've done here, is to play the movie and stop it so I could take a picture of the test target off the computer screen, which I'm posting for my friend.
If you notice, the time is 5:47 where I stopped it.....
Man I wish we could play the movies I have at Photobucket....
By the way, this rifle is bad......look how flat even the sighters are....
And look at the few bulls I did get to shoot before I had to turn the camera off.
For the friend I'm posting this picture for, yes that thing is bad, and it started life bad.
Your friend, Bill Calfee
