I have just completed building and testing another new build.

This one follows the format I've been using for a while now.

Turbo V-3 action, Muller 8 groove barrel, Flavio Fare 2.1 trigger, Harrel tuner, and Rotex stock.

I tested this rifle by taking it to the IR 50/50 Indoor Nationals. I also tested it at home and felt confident it would compete at the National level.

I only won a single target with it but I'm pretty sure ammo and I were the weak link in the system.

I did shoot some pretty good targets; I think when the new owner receives this rifle and bonds with it better results are to come.

Here are some pics.

Looks like it’s working pretty well!

Could you describe your cosmetic lettering method? Looks great!

I'm using a 30 watt fiber laser to engrave the letters on. Not only does is color them black it actually cuts them into the metal.

That is the same method I used to make the trophies for the IR 50/50 Nationals.

Maybe now is time to tell that this Tonys project rifle #2 is coming to me. I made payment on this week and new builts journey over the Sea is beginning.
I am amazed how fast Tony put components together and also tested it VERY seriosly. Thank You Tony!!!!

I asked Tony to put his shooting skills inside of package but he asked so big money of it that I must spare little more money that I can buy it.
(Joking ofcourse).
But maybe I must learn it myself if we cant find fair deal of price.
Now I keep fingers crossed that RF:s trip and all bureaucracy goes well.

Ofcourse I am waiting this new built like Santa Claus coming.Endless ammo searching is beginning.

This Rotex stock is so heavy that I must put other stock here to reach LV class weight.

I find here McMillan stock what weights 828 grams with my fish scale.I hope that my fish scale shows little over because it is normal to fishermen that scales shows little over..

I put picture of new LV stock what I find fron one CFBR shooters storage.
It was coming here from Killough Sport years ago and is now on my table.

BR, Timo

I know the frustration of finding components for the 3 gun type classes. I found my stock thru the grace of Jeff P. He had it and I turned up looking for one. I contacted a fellow well known for doing stock work and stated he couldn’t get light varmint stocks from McMilllan!
Congratulations on the rifle from Tony!!

Here are my most recent stocks bedded and finished with Ferrari colors by Martino of GAC.
These stocks are the v2 of KSS straight-line LV.
Hard to get, no doubt, but Martino does wonders...

Regarding Rotex stocks, I have a low profile one on a TKH built rifle, and it doesn't qualify for LV (in fact I should say LR, here in Europe), so for the light class I have to change stocks. My preferred ones are the KSS straight-line ones.
