It has been a long time coming but the site has been brought up to date. Thank you, Jason.

If it had not been for Jack Heckendorn explaining to me how to view the data I would have missed the most important part of it.

Thank You Jack!

Here is what I didn't know. If you go to www.ir5050.com click on the participants tab, then type in the name of the person you want to look at you can see where they competed for the year.

You can see how they placed in the matches and even where and how they earned Hall of Fame points. That is pretty nifty.

I must admit I'm sorry to see all the history before 2022 has been lost or is not available on the website. But at this point it is what it is.

This is how I finished the 2024 season as shown on the website. Check yours it will help you plan your shooting for next year.

There is also another way to see your last two years HOF points. Go to the HOF on top of the home screen and open it. This is faster if you know about where you are. When you see your name just click on it and it will take you directly to your HOF activity since 2023. For Tony looking down that list, that should be really easy....Lol!!

It is to my knowledge that the past history prior to 2023 is not lost. I have been told several times all the old website is saved. When it will reappear on the new website, for me at least, is unknown. To post on a forum the possibility it's lost, in my mind's eye, is rumor mongering.

I, like all concerned, was very happy to see the website finally updated. I was also privy to updates for about a week before the HOF went live. I received several messages asking me to look up this or look at that. Does it work for you? Do the entries look correct for you, and other shooters you are familiar with? I only found one error, and didn't see that until Jason posted on Benchrest Central. I messaged him immediately and the issue was taken care of within minutes. I thought I found another error earlier, but Jason stopped the texting and called me to explain what I thought was an error was simply a lack of information on the site before it went live. My points were more than the line items. After telling me the other line items would not show until they went live, it explained the points discrepancy. The procedure Jack explained to Tony was the only way to get there before the current HOF posting on the website. Now you can shortcut it.

Hope you all have a safe and Merry Christmas!

I hope you are correct that the historical data is not lost and will be made available on the site. We have been waiting for it since Jason bought IR 50/50. That has been quite some time.

When you get this inside advanced information in the future would you mind sharing it with the rest of us.

If you see the historical data let us know about that as well.

Tony,
As far as what I have been told in the past is all I spoke of. If there is anything new/different since late spring, I am not aware of it from Jason. I too, hope the history is still there.

As far as getting inside information, the info and contact with Jason I spoke of above was initiated by him and I assured him it would stay confidential. It was a way for him to make sure that the data on the user side of the site was there, and to make sure the navigation of the site worked. He also asked that I look at data I knew about to see if there were any errors. Now, please tell me how much more 'drama' would have ensued if I posted or messaged others about how close the HOF points were, and how well the site worked, and then when they go live it fails? Then more people gripe it's just another empty promise, not to mention the fact that I would have gone back on my promise in the first place. BTW: there were several competitors that knew the site was close, as Jason acknowledged it in a Match Directors email. Even named some that moved up in ranking. I didn't say anything about having that info and didn't see anyone else who got the same email post about it either. Jason was smart to not leak info, especially since he missed his October promise from the Nat's. So, to answer your question, if Jason has info he wants to share, I will let him decide when he posts or emails said info.

Hope you have Merry Christmas and a safe New Years.
Sincerely,
Scott Albury

Anyone else notice the "X's" and "FM" are switched on the Participants summary? If you click through to see the match they are correct. Just me?
