Lets take time machine and go about 80-90 years back.I got just drawing of VKT31 action from year 1931.This was "seed" to later Valmet actions.
VKT= Governments Rifle Factory in english.
This (or VKT35) was the action what Mr Toivo Mänttäri used on 1939 Luzern (Swiss) World Champions and shooted new World Record 400/400 and ofcourse won.
Prone RF 40 shots.
Mr Mänttäri was machine tecnician and worked on VKT and was developing RFs,CF rifles & competion triggers with famous gun designer Mr Aimo Lahti .
It took 13 years when next time was shooted 400/400.
1949 Mr Mänttäri shooted 398/400 on World Champinships Buenos Aires and got silver with same points as winner.Won 2 Team gold there.
This action was its own time Turbo or Nitro.VKT35 was with PAS-
.And with 2 lugs.
One of our senior Team Member found one thisway VKT action in pretty good shape and now he has got it barreled and it is shooting good.How good, I must ask him.
